4 Days, One Red City

Arrive at the joining hotel by 2:30 PM at your own pace. After a warm welcome and briefing, the group will enjoy a hands-on cooking demonstration, learning to prepare tanjia—a unique slow-cooked stew different from a traditional tagine.

Together, you’ll prepare the dish and seal it in a clay pot to cook overnight in the hammam. Then, stroll through the vibrant Medina of Marrakech with your guide, discovering local food vendors and learning about traditional Moroccan ingredients. The day ends with a relaxing evening tea on a rooftop terrace overlooking the lively Jemaa El Fnaa.

This morning, explore the most important landmarks of the Medina, with visits to Le Jardin Secret and the stunning Bahia Palace. Conclude the morning with a stop at a local bakery, where you’ll enjoy a brief introduction to traditional Moroccan bread-making—followed by a tasting.
On the way back to the riad, collect your tanjia lunch and savor the dish you prepared yourself, served on the terrace. The afternoon and evening are free for you to explore Marrakech at your own pace. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit the iconic Jardins Majorelle, famous for its vibrant blue architecture and lush, exotic plants.

Set out on a full-day excursion to Ouzoud Waterfalls, a stunning oasis nestled near the Atlas Mountains. Climb the scenic stairways to the top of the falls and take in breathtaking views of the cascading waters below.
After enjoying a delicious lunch beside the waterfalls, return to Marrakech in the afternoon. End the day with a traditional local dinner in the heart of Jemaa el-Fna Square, surrounded by the lively atmosphere of the city.
